www.poetry.com IN MY MIRROR
looking within to find security.
It’s a silent judgment of who you are,
and a blinding image of who you want to be.
I see the present, once saw the past, and soon see the future.
A true portrait not created by its painter
but by the raw truth of humanity.
In my mirror,
I see not a reflection of perfection,
but a silent judgment
of who I’m soon to be

Natalie Clay - A Biography
Born Natalie Michelle Clay on February 21, 1988 in Corpus Christi, Texas. The daughter of an IT systems analyst and chemical instrument technician, Natalie Clay took an interest in the performing arts from a young age.
She performed in local productions focusing in dance and acting. Her lead role as Helen Keller earned her numerous awards. The busy teen went on to appear in service announcements for drinking and driving for KIII-TV3 while preparing for the Miss Corpus Christi U.S.A. pageant. Clay gracefully walked away with 2nd-runner up and Miss Congeniality.
Prior to her high school graduation, Natalie snagged Miss Congeniality again for the Miss Buc Days Pageant along with the People’s Choice Award.
Proudly representing San Patricio County at Miss Texas U.S.A. in 2007.
Continuing her path to success Natalie took a seat at S.I. Newhhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. Through the course of her freshmen year Clay earned a spot on SU’s Co-ED cheerleading squad.
She wasn’t done there.
Her appearance on MTV’s TRL caught the attention of casting directors nationwide.
Natalie currently resides in her college town of Syracuse, majoring in Broadcast Journalism and minoring in Spanish literature.
